I Want A Child
Recently, I found myself doing multiple things for my parents that, quite honestly, a sixteen going on seventeen-year-old teenager should not have to do. And then I realized in conversation with my cousin that, we do everything that our parents want us to do, even the things that fall under the “parent job description.” Anytime something comes up, no matter how large or complicated, we do it. And it has occurred to me that having someone to do this would be great, especially if it’s free of cost. I mean who wouldn’t want someone to do your senseless work while you’re off galavanting. Personally, I would love to spend my days reading books and watching Netflix non-stop to catch up on all my shows and new book releases. Sipping pink homemade lemonade with my favorite artist’s new album blaring in the background with no regards for anyone around me but myself. But in order to do that, I would need to have a child. A child to do my bidding. A child to whom I can pass on all the responsib
